Cancel or Change Order Policy

We know plans can change. To keep things smooth for you (and our production team), here’s how cancellations and changes work at Hartca.


1) 24-Hour Free Window

  • You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase — free of charge.
  • The 24-hour window is measured in Eastern Time (EST/EDT, New York) based on your order timestamp.
  • After 24 hours, orders are queued for made-to-order production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

2) How to Request a Cancel/Change (within 24 hours)

Please contact us as soon as possible and include the details below:

Subject line: “Cancel/Change Order – Order #XXXX”

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name and email used at checkout
  • What you want to change (size, color, design, quantity, shipping address) or confirm cancellation
  • Any supporting notes (e.g., correct address or new size)

We’ll confirm by email once the update or cancellation is completed.


3) What Can Be Changed (within 24 hours)

  • Shipping address (complete & accurate format)
  • Item details (size, color, variant, quantity)
  • Design/personalization notes (if applicable)
  • Order cancellation with full refund to the original payment method

After 24 hours: production has begun and no changes/cancellations are possible.


4) Address Accuracy & Returned Parcels

Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order.

  • Hartca is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • If a parcel is returned to our logistics partner due to an addressing issue, re-shipping fees may apply.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute or modify the address. Any carrier-initiated forwarding/redirecting is at your own risk.

5) Timing, Refunds & Processing

  • Approved cancellations within 24 hours are refunded in full to your original payment method.
  • After we confirm a cancellation, most refunds are initiated within 2 business days. Your bank/card may take 10–15 business days to post the credit (see our Refund Policy for details).

6) Orders Already in Production or Shipped

  • If your order is already in production or has shipped, it can’t be canceled or changed.
  • If there’s an issue on arrival (e.g., damaged/incorrect item), please see our Return Policy (eligible returns within 180 days of delivery) and Refund Policy.
