- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- We handle orders Monday through Friday, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST, GMT-05:00, New York).
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York) will be processed on the next business day.
Business days exclude U.S. federal holidays observed by the Post Office:

- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Order Tracking

- Tracking may take 3–7 business days to update after the carrier receives your package.
- If you do not see tracking updates, please check your spam/junk folder or wait until the carrier scans your parcel.

Personalized & Customized Orders
Customized products may require extra processing time depending on the complexity of the design. Please allow additional days for our design team to complete your request before shipping.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay your order.
- If an order is returned due to an invalid address, it may be disposed of by the shipping partner, and we cannot be held responsible.
- Re-shipping fees will apply if you would like the order resent.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if you request forwarding/redirecting through the carrier after dispatch.
